A life science company wants to extract a cosmetic precursor from a fermentation broth. For this purpose, the product must be separated from the biomass. No economic process is available for this process, which is why a new process is to be developed.

Goal and challange

Economic separation of the active ingredient from the remaining components of the fermentation broth.

  

Concept and realisation

Realisation of an industrial-scale treatment plant using nanofiltration based on previous laboratory tests including a pilot plant at the customer's site as part of our 4 steps 2 separation.
